1. The service

DreamJobAI provides interview practice, AI-assisted feedback, progress tools, and related career-preparation features. Features may change as we improve the service. DreamJobAI does not guarantee employment, interview invitations, or a particular hiring outcome.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter this agreement. You are responsible for accurate account information, keeping access credentials secure, and activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Purchases and subscriptions

Some features may require payment. Prices, billing periods, trial terms, and renewal details are shown before purchase. Mobile purchases are also governed by the applicable app store's billing and cancellation rules. Except where law requires otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable.

4. Acceptable use

You may use DreamJobAI only for lawful personal or business preparation. You must not:

• interfere with, overload, probe, or bypass the service or its security;
• upload unlawful, harmful, infringing, or deceptive content;
• attempt to access another user's account or private information;
• copy, resell, reverse engineer, or exploit the service except where law permits; or
• use automated means to scrape or extract service content without written permission.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and transmit it only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the rights needed to submit that content.

6. AI-generated guidance

AI feedback can be incomplete or incorrect and should be treated as practice guidance, not professional, legal, or hiring advice. Review suggestions critically and do not submit confidential employer, client, or third-party information.

7. Our intellectual property

DreamJobAI, its software, branding, design, and service content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable laws. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service or request account deletion at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address violations, security risks, legal requirements, or prolonged inactivity. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain effective.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DreamJobAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-opportunity damages arising from use of the service.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms when the service or law changes. Material updates will be communicated through the service or another reasonable channel. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
