- Account data: name, email address, authentication identifiers, profile photo, and preferences.
- Career and practice data: target roles, experience level, skills, companies, interview answers, scores, feedback, and progress.
- Audio and transcripts: recordings or transcribed responses you choose to provide for voice-enabled practice.
- Purchase data: subscription status and transaction references. Payment credentials are handled by the relevant payment or app-store provider.
- Technical data: device, app version, IP address, logs, push-notification token, and diagnostic or usage events.
2. How we use information
We use information to operate and personalize interview practice; authenticate users; generate questions, transcripts, evaluations, and coaching feedback; track progress; manage subscriptions and referrals; send requested notifications; prevent fraud and abuse; troubleshoot issues; and comply with legal obligations.
3. AI and service providers
Interview content may be processed by contracted AI, speech, cloud storage, authentication, analytics, notification, and infrastructure providers to deliver the features you request. These providers are permitted to process data only for contracted services and subject to appropriate safeguards.
4. When we share information
We may share information with service providers, when you direct us to, during a business reorganization, or when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate abuse, or secure the service. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. Data retention
We retain account and practice information while your account is active and as reasonably needed to provide the service. After a verified deletion request, we delete or de-identify associated personal information, generally within 30 days. Limited records may remain longer in backups, fraud-prevention systems, or where required for legal, tax, dispute, or security purposes.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection to certain processing. You can update some information in the app, control notifications through device settings, and visit the account deletion page to remove your account.
7. Children's privacy
DreamJobAI is not directed to children under 13, or the higher minimum age required in their country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable age.
8. Security and international processing
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online system is completely secure. Data may be processed in countries other than your own, with safeguards used where applicable.
9. Changes and contact
